What is Success and Failure?

Let me share with you a very important aspect of life today. Let us understand the aspect of success and failure in life.

Failure is nothing but discovering another way of how to do a task. This kind of thinking is called as positive thinking. Make failure a part of your learning process. Every time you fail you find and understand another way of how to perform a task. The day you understand this concept success is bound to touch your feet.

In your career you will face these problems a lot of times when you will try your level best to accomplish a task but will not achieve the zenith or the peak that you would have thought. At this time there will be two possibilities. First,  you get dishearten and leave the task and consider that you can never complete it or Second, consider it as a part of your learning process and try to figure out another way of accomplishing the same task. I can assure you that those of you who consider second method to be the correct one are bound to succeed. 

You know, Thomas Edison tried and failed nearly 2,000 times to develop the carbonized cotton-thread filament for the incandescent light bulb. And when asked about it, he said "I didn't fail; I found out 2,000 ways how not to make a light bulb," but he only needed One way to make it work.

Let me share a possible situation that may come in a teacher’s way. Consider that you are teaching in your class and you figure out that students are not able to understand. No matter how hard you try you are not able to make the student understand the subject. At this time one can either think that he/she cannot teach and leave the profession of teaching or one can learn from it and develop another way of teaching that can make the student understand the subject. The one who chooses the second option will figure out the answers of two most important questions i.e. how to handle students and how to teach. I am sure that once you understand this you are definitely on a road of success.

This is true that the road to success is not an easy one but it is also true that the destination i.e. success will be the best feeling that you will have.
